Bookings are confirmed only after payment is processed.
Venue owners are responsible for listing accuracy and rules.

6. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Service and booking fees are clearly stated before checkout.
Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
Refund disputes must be raised within 48 hours of the event or booking.

7. Hosting Events on Dplay

Organizers are responsible for legal compliance, participant communication, and event management.
Dplays is not liable for any issues arising from organizer-hosted events.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dplay is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages at events or venues.
Participation is at your own risk.
The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to technical or maintenance issues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features are owned by Dplay or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

Dplay may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may request to close your account at any time.

11. Privacy

Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy (to be published).
By using Dplay, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.
