Refund Policy
Effective Date: 3rd August 2025
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through Dplay are confirmed only after successful payment this transactuion lead by Shree business hub. You'll receive a confirmation via email or in-app notification.
2. User Cancellations

Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event or venue time slot to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

To cancel, visit your bookings section in the app or website.
3. Organizer or Venue Cancellations
If an event or venue cancels your booking, you will receive:

A full refund, or
-
A credit voucher valid for 6 months, based on your choice
4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No refunds will be issued if you miss your booking or arrive more than 15 minutes late (venue-dependent).
5. Transaction Failures
If your payment is processed but the booking fails, we’ll initiate a full refund within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
6. Refund Disputes
All refund-related issues must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled booking. Send details to support@dplay.in.
7. Booking Modifications
Date/time changes are allowed only if requested 48+ hours in advance, and are subject to availability.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy. Revised terms will be posted on our platform and emailed to users if significant changes occur.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes will be governed under Indian Law and subject to the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat.
